About Daisy Bax
After a bachelor's in Business IT & Management, a master's in Human Resource Studies, and years of experience as a manager at the Dutch Ministry of Defence, I discovered that the most valuable questions rarely fit into one box. As a manager I led multiple IT teams, was closely involved in the organisation-wide implementation of SAFe and the ServiceNow platform, and saw first-hand how structure, technology and people continuously shape one another.
As a SAFe 6 Agilist, Scrum Product Owner and NLP Practitioner & Master, I move easily between organisational advice, process improvement and personal coaching. Whether it's an individual coaching journey, strengthening a team, or guiding an organisation-wide transition. I translate complex questions into clear, workable steps.
